You can buy a house not only in Prague, but also in satellite towns. Quite often, Czech residents and foreigners purchase houses in Kladno, Beroun, Mlada Boleslav, Benešov, Melnik, Pribram and so on. The cost of the house will be cheaper than in Prague – from 2 500 000 to 4 000 000 crowns.
